About the Author:
Andrea Kaczmarek was born in Wales but now lives in Germany with her family. Her children are now married and she has three amazing grandchildren.
She has recently retired from teaching English and Art and was a Green Party Town Councillor for 15 years. Her main politic interests were and are still with the Special Needs Committee and Twin Towns projects. Today she is the Chair of the World of Reading, a charity which brings books and readers to nursery schools, schools and senior citizens. This fits well with her passion for writing which she now has the time to enjoy.
She still teaches one afternoon each week to encourage her pupils to speak English and take an interest in art and the environment.
